Novel writing is an art form unto itself, but short story creation is often overlooked and neglected, and can be a tricky art to master. It has been suggested that writing short stories can even be more difficult than novels. Impossible? Take this course and judge for yourself!
Here’s an opportunity to focus on writing effective short stories, covering many of the basics of short story writing. You’ll learn how to set the scene, create believable characters and wrap everything up in a nice neat little package.
With an emphasis on developing the craft through good writing practices and habits, the course offers tips and advice on discovering the joys of short speculative fiction. Writers of all levels are welcome!
